Great budding community of webmasters! Keep it up!
1. Ads - Adsense and infolinks integration look good! However once you get more members you might need to change infolinks to something like an "advertise your site/service here" portion because in the long run, some of your members might get distracted at the infolinks ads on forum descriptions.
2. Navigation and layout - I cannot find anything wrong. Its perfect! :sun:
3. Another additional option to be able to get more indexed pages would be to have a Vbulletin blogging platform for all your members. That way they can create and promote their content as well in your forum.
