Make the left sidebar wider.
Change the background as it is very much conflicting with the Text color which is decreasing it's visibility.
Add a TAG CLOUD to the site & More Labels to the Posts
And the Header doesn't seems right to me. Do something about it, Don't know what, but try something on it.
