Shorten the header image, it's far too big in height.
Remove the side banner advertisement, you will not earn anything noteworthy at this point in time. You need to just focus on developing traffic and working on your site, then focus on money down the road.
Design a footer, as the current one that you have, well there isn't one.
You have the page in French, which will drastically reduce your visitor potential, if you speak English fluently enough I would suggest switching to ENG.
