Here my review:
First, the logo so simple but nice, warez text little too higher than atomic so drop it down for a little.
Template [Softeye] downloaded from dle-en, little problem in css so fix that or change it, you can browse @ datalifeengine[dot]org (sorry not spamming) or rip and translate from Russian sites.
Dle version translated by dleviet, remove translator text [welcome to dl***et] in registration page by editing registration.tpl in current template.
If you use fixed IP, try to secure admin.php by adding IP permission at .htaccess.
Also edit tag clouds for current tags via admin cp.
Add some useful modules too...

Hang on having trouble to understand what's going on. So the .com is for sale, that's fine I got that but the .org is being launched as a DLE. Who own's the .org domain. Is Witcher only a hired admin or does he own it? If Witcher own's the .org that's pretty shitty ripping a domain name like that and on principle I'm not going to review it.
If he's a hired admin then it's sorta strange for the owner to launch a DLE on such a similar to the one he's selling unless of course he's trying to quickly build a nice DLE site to throw in for free with the DDL site to help it's sale in which case it's pointless in giving a review if the site is being designed for a quick sale. All very strange.
 
The admin are different,
I own this site and i run it and i have asked sanis about running it and he agreed to have a portal.

Sounds fishy, nothing special to review. You just installed DLE and slapped theme. Atleast remove some unecessary advertising etc. Nice start but using same name is just stupid even tho sanis approved this, unless you guys are cooking something...

Yep, it WOULD be an official portal of AW, but I haven't "accepted" it yet. There is much that can be improved and I wanted that Witcher would do that before releasing site to the public, but I see that there was nothing done except installing DLE and changing the default theme to another one and setting up keywords at DLE backend.

So I think I will refuse Witcher's offer to make this portal OFFICIAL as it is not what I was hoping. LOL.
