1. Why would you advertise your ".info" domain, more than a better TLD ".com" ? I'd prefer .coms over .info, it lacks professionalism.
2. I like your logo, its neat and clean. (Though you can brighten it a little)
3. There's nothing much left to review your skin, as its a popular/most used skin from WHMCSTemplates website.
4. You should check the alignment of the partners image on the homepage : http://i.imgur.com/1W5fF.png
5. http://i.imgur.com/tdpD2.png - Why are the letters different sized? Also, i don't see it linked to your Support section.
6. Probably go for a custom skin, so that we can review it a lot better. :D
 
Thank you Froomple for your feedback. we lost ".com" for over 6 months till we get it again, meanwhile .info get popular.
do you think i should use 3mints.com after 4 years from using .info?

i'll check the other points you mentioned with the developer, but what do you mean about a custom skin?

Why not? .com is always the best option. Go ahead and use it,while redirect the .info .

A custom skin refers to your own skin which you may get it through a designer/coder exclusively.
 
Well, you can go ahead and post a contest on several forums, approach designers on 99designs, elance, freelancer, 0desk etc etc.
There are lots of people at WJ aswell.
 
changed the domain to ".com", and a custom design is under processing.

2. When i clicked on the Live Chat (Which says *Online*), It took me to the contact form :facepalm: FAIL.
3. On the HomePage, the Partners (ubuntu, redhat, centos etc) aren't properly alighned like other pages. FAIL Again.

Rest is Simple & Great. Need more plans in the future. Keep up the good work. :D

1- we already have one, but we decided to lunch it with the new design

2- we used to have 24/7 online chat, but we just provide in tickets now. Anyway you've a point we'll make sure to handle this fail in our coming design.

3- we noticed it, and we'll fix it for sure within 24 hours.
