1.get a new skin - don't really like this one
2.remove the ads you aren't getting any traffic anyway so you wont get good amount of money if you put them on
3.remove that stats counter , its too big get a smaller

- nice favicon
- make recycle bin for staff only
- hide shoutbox for guests
