Could you please review restrictedwarez.org,

This is my first ever warez site so obviously quite a bit of improvement may be needed.
Hasn't been up for ages, we have some posts, but not thousands like a lot of sites,
Looking for truthful comments as all constructive criticism will help me improve the site.

It takes a really long time before the website is loading properly. I suppose that the monkey in the favicon is just there for the lulz, but I don't think it's that funny. It doesn't fit in. Remove the selling area. People is going to try selling warez, which is stupid. You can have a marketplace with strict rules. Make the premium area only available to premium members. I am visiting your website as a guest and it's viewable by me. I can browse the forum and I can see how many posts/threads there is in that forum. You have no community areas. Make some right now. The community is important if you want to run a forum. If you don't want a community, you should go with a blog. I feel that you can work on the logo and the colors in the header. Make the colors fit into the rest of the webpage and the logo should be a little bit more fancy. Don't forget to add your slogan to the logo if you decide to upgrade it.
