Restart Kloxio Panel

Anyone know how to restart the Kloxio panel on a vps? Everytime I delete a backup it returns a 500 error.. I was told since I have unmanaged service I have to do that myself. Then I thought if I rebooted the SolusVM the Kloxio panel would reappear, wrong. Website, ftp, etc went offline and nothing works. I'm new at this and can't understand when I klick reboot on the SolusVM panel why nothing works.

Thanks for the help!! I'll give it a try when my hosting company restores service. Since I rebooted the SolusVM panel shouldn't that have rebooted the Kloxio panel too?

login to ssh

and use this command

sh /script/upcp
sh /script/cleanup
sh /script/fixweb


this will fix kloxo installtion ;

you can restart kloxo via VPS panel or via kloxo panel >> machine
but if you got error returns a 500 error this under koxo problem try upgrade kloxo version
