We need to balance out the moderators as there aren't any mods on past 5:00PM -8 GMT, because all the moderators are generally from Europe. Appoint moderators from North America so we can have a balanced team to reduce the nuisance known as Luke.

I'm on and usually no mods are online at that time.
I think appointing one more mod from US time would be good. :\
