NO, Its is more like this that, when website owners mentioned on their site, and give right tags at right Place to give trigger on SEO google always shows them also in searching - If you give a search string on Google "Warez Allowed Web Hosting" you definitely gets sites which have mentioned in their site about warez and adult allowed or not. If one have not mentioned in their site then its his/her problem not to market his product with all features which are demanded and to be searched about on google.

Yes, Warez Provider charge some time high but i personally agree with their high rates, it because of they have courage and tussle to take and handle all the responsibility on their business about DMCA and copyright contents. Because they do something which other can not do or provide you a space where a customer do efforts and work regardless any tension about anything.

I think it can be allowed by most of the EU providers. (As long as you don't bring abuse reports)
If you don't host abusive things, I think it is fine. Regarding the installation of Nulled Scripts, I think it is not a big issue.
I can be wrong about the nulled scripts.
But i can see some providers are providing Nulled Scripts in server as well.

Your accounts will only get terminated if the warez / nulled scripts are found via abuse / complaints. Most EU providers don't bother their clients unless they are contacted.

if someone report so i will got terminated or will get email to delete that specific report post
They should first send you an email with possible resolutions (That's what we do). Some may terminate without any intimation though.
