Shared Reseller / Master reseller

Hello.
I need reseller or master reseller (10 GB space. 100 GB BW MIN. Unlimited wellcome as well )
With:
Dedi IP (to pay one time for "life time". 2$ or 3$), SSH, Can host warz link & hack software,

Panel: I dont mind as long it support Ipanel software

Note: I want to have multi server's and countrys for my user's under me.
They don't get CGI, SSH, or any of that. it only used by me.

Dedi IP (to pay one time for "life time". 2$ or 3$), SSH noone will give you ssh and dedi ip for 3$ onetime

Dedicated IP's are not free they are a monthly cost.
What your asking for is reasonable just not the dedicated ip part.
