Hey guys how are all you graphics designers doing? I don't know many of you as I haven't been around for a while, but I have seen some impressive work done - so lets get down to business.
I am in the process of creating a new company by the name of "MegaTraders". The company is located in Northeast Ohio and its primary focus will be dealing in consignment, acquiring estates and showing estates.
Some things that I would like to do this week that require some minimal graphics are:
Create a T-Shirt
Create a Hat
Create business cards
Create car door magnets
What I need is a company logo. Something that is professional and stands out. The logo will be used on all 4 things listed above. I also need a professional graphic with the lettering of: Mega Traders.
Both the logo and text backgrounds should be transparent so that they can be applied in various color schemes. Also if you are able please try to make the logo in high resolution 300DPI.
This is perfect for anyone who is just starting out and would like to start a portfolio, or anyone who is looking to add to their existing portfolio.
The winner of the contest for best logo and text will receive $30 via PayPal or ePassporte.
Altso I will take pictures of the magnets on my car, the business shirts, hats, business cards and website (if the logo is good it will more than likely make it there as well) featuring your work for your portfolio if you have one.
There will be a lot of potential here because in the future I will require more graphics for the website and other interesting things I come up with (always must improve - I will find ways to keep the winner busy).
The colors of the text should come in two variations one dark and one light so it can be used in various environments. Blue is my favorite color.
The logo should represent a powerful sophisticated company with the ability to maximize profits. A symbol of power for example is the American Eagle (there are various badass Eagles available on Google which can be applied) it would be cool if someone could find an eagle and had its wings almost wrapping around the letters "MT". You are the professional though so please feel free to deviate from the eagle and be creative on your own if you wish.
The domain for the company will be www.megatraders.us and work will begin on the website this weekend.
