Replace text with Image in Wordpress ?

Was just wondering if its possible to convert any text in wordpress and replace it with image .
Like if i have my name JAYZZY and i have a image stored it can replace my text everywhere in the site with the image , instead replacing manually as it will take ages

Any ideas ?

DO u wanna add some adz or anything for all post & pages (below,top,left etc...)?

If u wanna add some pic or anything (i mean adz or referrals etc...) for posts. use WP-insert plugin .
