Remove / from url at the end

I have a site and when i do www.site.com/post it says page not found.

I have to type in the url www.site.com/post/ so it gets found. How do i remove this?

Add this rule to your .htaccess file to remove slashes at the end of the URL addresses on your website:

RewriteEngine On
RewriteBase /
RewriteRule ^(.*)/$ /$1 [L,R=301]

/ need to remove from apache/nginx config file.
