If you don’t like the new Timeline feature on Facebook and want to view profiles in the old style,
then TimelineRemove is the perfect extension for you. This tiny, but handy tool disables
the new Facebook timeline feature and restores the classic look,
without changing the timeline behavior for other visitors of your Facebook profile.
The extension basically works by hiding the timeline, so you can view your own and others’ profiles
in the old style.
TimelineRemove works automatically once installed, and a button is added to the toolbar that lets
you toggle the timeline on and off, whenever you want.

I am not sure about it that everyone can see that, But if not then you will have to share this with your friends to see each other the old FB style layout
 
Yea i have just confirmed its an Extension, its just work for your own but if your Friend who is viewing your profile and has the same Extension can see the old layout style too

I'm sorry but why isn't this posted in Google's Web Store? I personally would never use an extension that isn't posted on the web store unless I've the time to download it and go through every line of code. Your giving this extension access to your data and profile on facebook (potentially including login details), bookmarks for your browser and your tabs and browsing history? Why not just give it your bank account as well?

I've personally have released Chrome Extensions and know how easy it is. If it's a browser extension for Chrome then their is no reason it shouldn't be on the Chrome Web Store along with the thousands of other Facebook Extensions unless it's illegal.

Use with extreme caution!

You obviously have no idea how the Chrome Web Store works. Their are loads of Facebook extensions on the Google Chrome Web Store. The Chrome Web Store can do checks on permissions and some need validation to confirm they are ok for use. You lose this security if you download from another source like the link you posted. The other benefits include automatic updates, bug fixes and automatic security patches provided by Google to Extensions.

Their's no reason that this one couldn't be located here too if it was legit.
