Remote upload using premium cookie?

Guys help me spot out if there is anysite-file host that can remote upload using using premium cookies? such as uploaded.to? Any help is really appreciated.

if you manage to decrypt the cookie and get login:pass
i also seen mods for rapidleech that can use cookie as premium account instead of actual login and password

of course he does why would he bother using cookie when he can just use his login info
