I wanna buy an encoding RDP/

1- How many encodes I can do, in a day?

(Normally I'd to be looking to do 15 - 20 Encodes)

So, you can suggest me something to do this much encoding!

2 - How much time will encoding takes, to encode a 40 min file of 720p Resoultion to 480p?

3 - Will encoding software will be installed - like MeGui and others?

4 - Do I've to wait if someone is encoding earlier?!

My Main concern is that I need to loads of encoding at very good speed and also tell me about the premium uploading and

downloading speed?!
