Just want to share some experience with their refund policy.
5 days ago I ordered EU 500, and I got details soon.
But because I don't like the EU 500's location.
So I asked to move to NL location.

The support told me I need to wait 72 hours to move there, because there's no slot there.
But I don't want to wait, so I ask for a refund.
Between the time I got the details and I asked for a refund is few hours.

He said he need to charge 30% fee to do the refund process.
I accepted it because I maybe make them some inconvenience and now 4 days pass.
I still wait for it. Because he said it may take 1 hr to 5 days to do the refund process.

40 dollars is not really a big amount for me, but I will keep waiting. Just to see how long it will take.
So now just share some experience about their "refund" policy.
If you want to work with them, maybe you should consider more about it because of their refund policy.

BTW the rdp service maybe is great for other people, just I can't accept it for my personal reason.

Please note it takes 24 - 96hrs from the time of order to setup your rdp.

Yesterday I already received refund.
Just let you guys know.
 
Im using this RDP and im satisfied..they have a very friendly support....Speed are decent for upload and torrent download..thanks Remote Rdp..u make my uploading thing a bit easier now..hehehe
