In encoding plans you will get converting/encoding software's like Megui,Handbrake and many more..
It will be helpfull if you are the encoder.

Also for me remote-rdp has good speed.
The speed of torrents depends on the number of seed, when the torrent has good seeds, speed is always good.
I noticed that the speed of unrar process depends on the level of compression of the files into archive, however the rar process is very good in store mode.
Upload speed is perfect for me: 70/90 mb\s and also the download speed with IDM.
I don't know what is your server, on my RDA all is ok.

i have this rdp now since 4 days?
good
~dl speed of rapidshare
~unrar / rar (store mode) speed
~ uptime so far
not good
~ sometimes its slow like hell
~ i have access to 2 other folders of other users (wtf?!?)
