Related Post thumbnail in wordpress

Hi there
I have try some related post thumbnail plugins in my wordpress.
But none of them make me satisfied.
I think the Problem is that I m using image hosting for my post.
I m looking for a good Related Post thumbnail plugin which can support image hosting.
