regname.biz how does it works?

I bought domain from regname.biz and it's fucked or something ( just don't work properly )
What's happening is add dns servers of my host and i get this message

Your DNS Management service is not configured correctly. Configure Now

Your DNS Management service is not configured correctly. To use this service, you must first configure your Domain Name to use our Name Servers.

So what does it mean i can not add my host dns servers ?!
Maybe somebody have experience with them and could help me?
