Reg comments approval for WP site

Dear All,

I started this WP site 45 days ago and so far i got 22 comments posted and waiting for my approval.

All there comments contains website links which they are using my WP site for back-links to their site, Shall i approve those comments or delete ?

If i approve, will my site gets any high ranking in search engine ?

Delete them, those are comments that come off bots.
