Please give me answer how long is my Server still Offline? (#569433)

Since Thursday morning is the Server Offline because of Software / Hardware error. Your Customer Support want to reinstall the System, send Me a Message that he send me a E-mail with a Link for the installaton, but i dont have Mail from your Support. Your Customer Support tells me the Senoir Admin must look and set the Ticket to Status Hold, and now? No Answer more since Yesterday.
