Redirection problem.

I just bought a new Acer Aspire 6930, and it has a little problem; It keeps redirecting web pages at random times to google.com or igoogle. I scanned it with 4 AV's (Avira, AVG, Norton, McAfee) and restored my PC, switched OS' and just about everything else. I tried to get it replaced but they would not take it in because they cannot diagnose the problem: it's not a hardware problem and since it does it at random times, it's hard to show them exactly when.

Any help?

there might be a hotkey that is supposed to take you to google
Acer laptops have a shitload of them and that's why they're shit.

anyways, there might be a program that controls the hotkeys look in the CD that came along.

In Firefox, Tools > Options > Advanced > General > Checkmark Warn me when web sites try to redirect or reload the page, that should stop it for now.
