no one would ignore dmca -_- even if they are non-american company as the main governing body of .coms .nets .orgs is American company

yes some registrar might give u time to sort out ur dmca related problem & someone like NC might suspend your domain

I would rather recommend Name.com or internet.bs but am still not sure if this 2 would be better than NC

If you don't get 1 million visitors a day, you don't have to scare.

not really, it depends on severity of DMCA notice against your domain name

Go for Internet.BS, best I could find so far. They are offshore and there is hardly someone can do anything about it.
I'd worry most about hosting rather than domains.

Internetbs.net is the best around
You could also choose piratebay sweden registrar:P

Do you guys even know that highest authority of maintaining this domain names is ICANN which is an American company. So ye your domains are not really safe -_- but yes in better hands if you choose registrar carefully/properly.

@CJ a risk exists regardless of the providers used. However I was speaking of being on the safe sited.

@avRo I have not seen anything about .eu domains so far, I own some and only one is with adult content on it. However they would be subject to the same rules as any other domain.

My domain has being on dynadot for more than 5 years (warez site, was 20k alexa), received 3 DMCAs in these 5 years. They just forwarded me the emails

When it comes to DMCA's as long as you cooperate with them and remove the content within 48 hours there is no concern. Depending on the host and registrar they will not give a damn and just as Qoo said they will forward the complaints.
I have a 4 year adult site which as well has received 2 complaints but at the host not registrar as my whois is private and they got resolved.
However I now have DMCA pages and contact form for complaints directly on site and I'd recommend you all to put them.

I would Suggest Internet.BS ... been with them from last one year not even single DMCA i received..

Before was with namecheap & they many time locked my domain due DMCA shit.

NameCheap.com
They forward the DMCA to you and you have 48 hours to take action before they do.
Since they are reseller of eNom (the big dogs always send you the e-mail)
