Recommend me a reliable offshore VPS hosting service?

Hi can anyone recommend me a reliable VPS hoster, that is offshore? I need to run rapidleech on it. I need Windows based one with at least 1GB RAM [ if remote desktop feature is there in a linux based one, i will accept it as well ]. My budget is around $60. Any help is appreciated. I did check the wrzhost and others, but in their ToS it says RapidLeech is prohibited. Thanks guys.

Use wrzHost, they are an established hosting company with years of experience unlike most of the hosts you will find on here.

never go with a company that mainly focuses on warez, especially with the name of warez in their domain name. near future = epic phail.

Nope - there are signing up to DP with usernames like Hawk for example - when hawk (who they are claiming made the post) is hosting with us now and is a happy customer.

Strange what some people will do - Clearly have a lot of time on their hands.

It doesn't stand for warez, it stands for worldwide retrievable zone which being a web host makes perfect sense.

Many people make that mistake but we won't hold it against you. lol

Still would go with wrzhost.com

Scope doesn't allow Rapidleech on their servers. If you like to, you have to sign up for a special account at US$60 per month.
 
Wrzhost ftw. :)

A customer of, 4 months now? 1 problem and was fixed with 1 email. Took a few days but I expected that. Problem was recent but besides that, never had any downtime or speed problems.

Nick and Storming are great.

I agree with Profit, WrzHost are great. I would recommend members who are looking for both onshore and offshore hosting packages to go with WrzHost.
