Recommend a good adnetwork for my site

I have a site that gets around 210000-300000 visitors/month...roughly around 10k daily...I have to earn atleast around 300$ from the site monthly. So im looking for some good adnetwork...tried cpmstar, infolinks, edomz and was really disappointed with them...So please recommend a good adnetwork for my site which pays for CPC, CPM...

btw my site is a warez blog so plz keep that in mind while suggesting...

P.S. Im willing to join as a referral if the network is good :D

don't waste your time with adnetworks like bidvertiser, adpremium, clicksor, yieldmanager ect....

they won't pay you more then $10/day while you can easily convert the same amount warez traffic into +200$/day.
