Hi, im currently selling webhosting service using a UK server which suck bigtime, warez aint allowed even link isnt allowed, so im looking for a good vps/dedi server that allows HOSTING of warez and has to have cpanel 11
. My budget is between 25-59

if you have any link just post them, i might consider the price.

any good servers to recommand me?
