Real time file sync between two web servers

Hello

I have two linux servers running with CentOS + Nginx (X and Y) serving a large website that handles simple HTML files (between 30kb and 100kb each file), I'm using a hardware load balancer in front of both nodes. The website admin usually uploads about 100 new HTML files per day on different directories, for example:

C:\Users\Harris\AppData\Local\Temp\[LC3U)F{0XCAB)LKNIT0K@G.gif
ar/www/website.com/file.html
C:\Users\Harris\AppData\Local\Temp\[LC3U)F{0XCAB)LKNIT0K@G.gif
ar/www/website.com/directory1/otherfile.html
C:\Users\Harris\AppData\Local\Temp\[LC3U)F{0XCAB)LKNIT0K@G.gif
ar/www/website.com/directory2/anotherdir/file2.html

The question is:

How can I keep the main website (
C:\Users\Harris\AppData\Local\Temp\[LC3U)F{0XCAB)LKNIT0K@G.gif
ar/www/website.com/) and all the file and new subdirectories synchronized in real time between the two servers?

I used to have rsync with a cron each minute (* * * * rsync -avpr....) to but now I need real time replication, so that doesn't work for me anymore.

Any ideas?

Thanks

PS: just in case, I am using fast SSD disks, and 1GBit private and public network connections.
