Hello!
As all Indian Paypal Users ,Including me Got the 30 day Notice from paypal regarding new Provisions......I just wanna say all users ..be calm...Paypal is not kicking you off so dont create a HAOX.

Here is the View , what PAYPAL wants.....

what about those who have only debit cards??? not credit cards?? and few people contact me they don't have credit card, they are students.. what about kids? :|

I have debit card , will it work??
 
If you have DEBIT CARD with VISA , it will work.....I think.
As via it you can transfer your money to your account & when needed Can buy/purchase anything via your attached CARD

But as i think if we buy from debit card then we have to wait for some bussiness day to clear our payment? Am i right?? :(
 
I have a verified PayPal account, I linked my bank. But I did not link my debit card, neither do I want to. The best option for us Indians is to keep PayPal as an account for getting cash which you only wanna transfer to your bank account.

For daily transactions (i.e. to buy premium accounts or other services) we HAVE to use AlertPay.

i have a doubt how to get money into alert pay account........?

no you are wrong .... DC works just like CC except money gets deducted from your bank account

you need an international debit card to use with paypal because paypal charge amount in Dollar.

I have a PNB International debit card and its working fine in my PP

SBI Yuva card is a domestic debit card... get SBI international DC

I think the best way for us is to use HDFC net safe cards

or get prepaid cards like Itzcashcard
 
Man why would you not have a credit card in this day and age, little kids can go and buy visa gift cards anywhere these days and they act the same as a credit card.

Alertpay verify I think u need a credit card added or phone verification or something, its similar to paypal but you can look under their FAQ/help section

I have a International Bank Card With VISA & its working fine.
Its a Problem with your Service provider only [Domestic card]

Yes, its must to have International ViSA DC/CC if u want to stay with PP anymore. :) There is no trouble actually for Indian users as of now, don't know about future as RBI sucks always when it comes to "samanya Janata!"
 
Im starting to believe WJ needs an "Indian section". Guys, the terms are completely clear. Use PayPal, transfer your balance to your bank account. Don't have a bank account or a credit card? Either get one, or stop using PayPal.

This is the 10th topic about this today.

You can use prepaid card if its avail on india.
I Use Prepaid card for buying/selling :|
