It is shared with other users. Don't really think you get 12Gig of RAM ... How much bandwidth?

Furthermore, is this a full VPS (with RD) or just Remote Desktop?

Also this is not usable for Rapidshare uploaders only for MU or Hotfile. 100Mbit is also not too great ... your speeds won't go over 11Mbs ... as most Rapidleech accounts.
