RDP Setup

Hy I want to learn how to make a windows server into RDP, just like rdp providers selling to the customers. I know creating account is 1st steps, but need to know further steps like HDD security/Bandwith control etc Experts please share your knowledge

HDD-security:
just setup the rights in the security-tab according to the Specifications you have.
another way is using group-policies ( it's a bit complicated, until you have understand how this is working)

as for bandwidth ...
i know that there is no tool in windows, so perhaps a 3rd party-tool.
i've found NetLimiter - What is NetLimiter? but i'm not sure, if this can differenciate between users
