Hi

10 Hours, I have been unable to access VPS since Saturday and now the help desk is no longer contactable.

Have raised a paypal dispute.
 
They have 24/7 support, as they wrote on the website, but no answer to e-mail. The site (billing.rdp-hosting.com) for support tickets is unavailable, so I tried call to them, they have phone at Proximus network (Belgium): +32 476 830 441, but numer is unavailable and I heard "try again later". I need my server to work, what a hell is going on?

Hello,
The Old Owner RDP-Hosting and its in the hand of the new owners.
We have a major update, the old owner used to resell the vps services,
Hence we have decided to stop offering vps services.
Please do not renew your vps services at the end of your contract.
About the present clients, As of now all the vps are running fine but if you have any issues with your vps, You can charge back the amount sent. Since the old owners, Paypal has been limited.

Let me know if you need any further updates.

My VPS is down since week or more. The IP is 46.182.124.205. Please run it, I need to copy my important data.

Added after 1 Day 13 Hours:

Hey, I really need to copy my data from my VPS. Why are you ignoring me here and on support? Why are you lie us the VPSes are online, they're not!

Funny thing is they have kept their billing system on.

Today I received invoice for the next month. But they forgot that they didn't allocate my server.
