they are not giving good speed for torrenting in basic plan they should to mention in first page i am getting 100kb downloading speed from torrents. i submited ticket but got answer torrenting isnot allow for basic plan wow!

This is completely on our side, we have it clearly listed on our site that there are 2 different types of plans. We even have 2 seperate threads on this forum for it.

Torrenting plans are faster and they are placed on less used HDD's, thus they are also more expensive.

If we allow it the next thing we cope with will be complaints about speed issues.
You consume more, you pay more.
We do not allow torrents because it's not fair.
Some users will indeed just do small torrenting, others will torrent at full speed (+/- 40 MB/s on private trackers) and they will just take all resources.

Hello. When I bought WinXP VPS, 1 gbit shared month ago it worked smoothly, now I see you are overselled so much and the HDD can't handle so many users, CPU speed isn't good at this moment, internet connection probably is very busy too, but I bet the HDDs can't handle. Can you move some users to another nodes? It's very hard to work with speeds 10-300 KB/s, and very slowly operations like proporties of folder in windows to see how many files there are - it took very much time. As I said - month ago it worked smoothly, the speed was 5-15 MB/s without any problem and you was the best on our scene. Now you're simply one of the slowest VPS providers I had ever. Can you move some users to another node, can you not oversell? Cheers.

I do have to admit that we indeed are fully booked now, though we are not overselling, we place a maximum of 10 users on a HDD . Could you perhaps open a ticket in which you provide your login data so we can take a look?
For the cpu I can upgrade the amount of cores for your account.
We had a RAM issue yesterday, jDownloader is causing more and more issues, its using like 3 GB RAM on 1 server only, which causes VPSes to get in trouble.
