5 days and the ticket is still marked as "in progress"...I want my money right, I'm very bored to wait for your comfortable, I mean 2 days to give me the login infos then the rdp was horrible, the worst I've ever seen then I ask for refund and I'm waiting since 5 days and you have no refund me yet ? Are you kidding me?

We are very busy, and I think it is nothing more than normal that our valued and paying customers get priority on top of you. We already wasted our time to setup your account.

You will be refunded, we have a name and reputation and we made a promise, but you will be refunded when Mike from the billing department finds the time to do it.

You will probably be moved today or tomorrow anyway, but you can if you want to you may always swap your RDP for a VPS.

Yea can you just swap as i will be moving to one of your vps at the end of my contract which is about a week or two.I assume im gonna be credited for the days i have lost so far,as its going on the 7th/8th day now?
 
After two weeks my ticket was closed but I still haven't receive the refund...what have I to do to get my money back ? I've already waited two weeks...

not sure but the admin told me that users profile have been mixed up or some thing like that and he is trying really fast to fix it up :)
as rdp-hosting said patience is gold now a days 8-), I hope he will get it back soon =)

You normally should already have received a new account, if you didnt contact the support so we can get you moved and credited.
