buy a usa proxy if you need it only for browsing.it will be much faster as there wont be any lag.

common sense.if it contains lots of cash etc,if you value whats in it,buy a vps,encrypt the hdd and setup the sock proxy and dont allow it to keep any record.
if its just to watch hulu or something then proxy should be enough,but for paypal,buy a vps.thats the safer option

Dont bother with rdp providers,they `ll just monitor you as your publicly telling,you need it for paypal etc,
