I have requested for a refund. Still no refund. Are you guys working. Domnic told refund request will be sent to billing department.. but still no refund

Be a little patient, I can't be online 24 hours, 7 days a week. I replied to your ticket, check it.

If you opened a ticket asking for help instead of coming here saying it sucks, you would have been getting much better speeds by now.

^ LoL, 17 users where? We are 3 admins and hardly 5 users online at the same time, if you have an issue open a ticket and it'll get fixed.

PS: Ram barely goes up to 5GB, you should know that the HDD that gets overloaded sometimes and we have RAID0 to help with that. If you think someone is abusing the server, open a ticket. We can't monitor servers 24/7.
 
This is a sales thread NOT a support thread. If you have issues open a ticket, we will be more then happy to help you. Also before accusing us of shitty speeds please open a ticket just asking, since you are doing something wrong.
 
If you are getting "crappy" speeds , please use z.o.o.m uploader where you increase buffer. Buffer size can be increased by going Tools > Setting > Buffer can change that to 1024.
