Text efeccts are simple and plain.
Try to add shadows, transparency and a few shadow with brushes.

well im going to be honest here, its not very good really.. the shadow added to the robot is to much,and hoestly it kind of looks like you just through a couple images together (the robot and teh background wood looking thing) and put a font on it.may want to look at some tutorials
