well looking good but with the logo on i of img didn't have a single pixel of glossy effect. Correct that and other than this everything looks good to me

header is normal and after header the whole template is just quite simple, the buttons of browse and upload sucks make something new, use new colours, and remove lines from footer get some new ideas and make an awesome footer and as "Dl4uall" said put something in the box, i know you are trying to make themes dont worry by trying you will learn soon.

The template is abit too simple check tinypic make it look professional.

Also that camera logo is everywhere in the internet create your own.

Looks a little dull. Nothing unique about the site. The logo doesn't look very nice since the camera icon is so overused, and the text is just too plain.
