Rar Multiple Avi Files At Once, How To?

I do tv shows...so you know rs's forbidden file problem...I need to batch rar all avi's

like in a folder 100 files...i need individual rar of each file...so how to?

with winrar: select all files - right click - add to archive - open "files" tab - check "put each file to separate archive"
