Hi..

I have been using RapidTechHosting for several years. now they were very good when it comes to the support.
But, now they don't even reply to my ticket.. my website won't open and i don't know whats the matter.

I spoke to the domain registrar they said, the problem on hosting provider side

I even try to login to my hosting cpanel to take backup from there and move my site to any other hosting.
but after trying so much.. i still get "failed" error.

What should i do? please help

Hello,

I know its frustrating then you dont get a reply from the support, Can you tell me how you are trying to backup your files, Are you using Filezilla software. Please try that and share the screenshot of the error, in host type the server IP instead of your domain name if it is not working .

I also tried my IP address instead of domain name in host.. but still no result!

How can i use filezilla software if server not working..? (I never tried Filezilla for this, btw)

"Action Failed Unable to Login" Error shows when i try to login into my cpanel from RTH dashboard.

Welcome,

Are you able to ping the server where your hosting is hosted ? If you are not able to ping that mean their whole server is down, Can you tell me the IP and your website for me to check ? or give me the details in pm for me to check it for you.
Action Failed Unable to Login can also means that maybe they have suspended your service, but i cannot make a guess from here if i dont know any details.

one thing is that.. because of the continuously facing difficulty to access my website. i purchases new hosting and set up its DNS to HostGator.

but my files and folders and database located in RapidTech
 
Hmmm, Then we cannot do something, until the support replies i m afraid, its their server is down then.

Have you tried calling them, i m sure they would pick up a phone and its voice mail then leave them a message.

I tried anything what i could do to resolve this issue.

they don't pick their phones. they don't reply on support, they are not replying to my social media direct messages.

I am frustrated now, they did reply once on support and told me that they are going to resolve your issue in next 24 hours but 100 of hours have passed.. nothing happens, everything still the same!
 
i feel for you, Have you tried to change the dns back to this hosting and then trying FTP after dns propagation, maybe that will resolve the FTP issue. if your domain is pinging to hostgator servers as you say then it should point to this rapidtechhosting and then you can try ftp it.
 
Try using the IP in the welcome email to connect to FTP rather than your domain name, does the IP load WHM page if you paste into a browser? dont you even have a old backup?

Looking around the net it doesn't look promising the host will sort the issues.
