If you want download to USA Based then you won't get full power for this speed. Because this based on Europe server. Europe server speed to USA will get some slow speed. So don't expect for 1 Gbps speed to USA server. But average for this is great :)
 
I want to know the upload speed to a US Server based filehost like fileserve, filesonic, bitshare.

I like to know if I were to purchase the server are we allow to install Winrar and hjsplit into it and

how much is it going to be if i were to get a Q-X2000 server with a (windows os) remote desktop.

And which Windows os is better for me since i live in the USA? Thanks
 
Hard to predict what kind of speeds you might see, as it depends on a large number of factors. The best way to find out would be to test it.

It's your dedicated server, you can install whatever you want on it.

Total Recurring: 170.78GBP/mo according to the website. (assuming server 2008 r2 standard)

Your location has no effect on which Operating system you choose, perhaps have a look here: http://www.microsoft.com/windowsserver2008/en/us/r2-editions-overview.aspx to see which features you may or may not need.

I am a current customer and i want to know if we can add hard drives to our current server because i am running out of space. And what is the price for them?
 
You would get an answer the fastest, you should probably submit a ticket.

If you have a Dell server, you can only have 2 hard drives, if its an HP server, you can have 4. (iirc)
