n u said 3 GB is in smart plan : n smart plan is just for donwnload,

Yes It is Just a mistake!!!
Correction:
Exclusive Plan 1 3 GB = 5 GB
Exclusive Plan 2 6 GB = 10 GB
Exclusive Plan 3 12 GB = 15 GB
Exclusive Plan 4 15 GB = 20 GB

Their Customer Support is Very good!!!
