My account got locked and I do not know why
There are many possibilities which can lead to an account being locked.

Here you see a list with possible reasons:
- PayPal has put your payment on hold, which led to an automatic lock.
- You have created a dispute on PayPal, which would result in your account being locked.
- You have several accounts under the same email address, and one of the accounts payments have been held for review by PayPal. This will cause the automatic lock of all your accounts.
- Your account contains copyright-protected files which have been published illicitly.
- You purchased or sold Rapids without our authorization.
- Your account was compromised, and the Rapids transferred to other accounts.
- You created several accounts and sold them to others without our authorization.
- Your account can be locked by the reseller you purchased the account or the Rapids from. In this type of case, the reseller should be contacted directly for further information.
- Sharing an account with another person may result in the account being locked.
- You are using a script or tool which sends too many requests to our website, may result in your account being locked.
- You purchased Rapids by phone through infin and didn’t pay the phone bill.

dark if u haven't shared anywhere any file give a chance to contact them properly for unlock. if u only used account for cloud service or remote.

although, if u have multiple accounts in RS forget it......

may I know Free user download speed from Megashares?
want to backup for 1 to 2 week only,So don/t want to buy a Premium for that purpose.

sequence of letters?
- Did you visit any phishing websites as far as you know? (Did you visit any
websites, which looked like to the normal PayPal or RapidShare website but it
weren't?)
- Are you using Antivirus software? - If so, please provide us with the name of
the software and the producer.
- Are you using a firewall? - If so, please provide us with the name and the producer.
- From which IP address are you usually using your account?
