its not only about the speed, his internet might be lagging. u can see my ss too. they r quite good with great speed i guess, even i used RS Premium.

anyways, for NEW YEAR can update the price and also because this is my 1st server

Average speed is in the screenshot and my internet connection does not affect server speed,if you want i can make a video

Speeds are very low ... good speeds should be average 6-9Mb at on peak times and minimum 4Mb at other times.
