Download speed was nice but upload speed is slow for me
I m getting only 3Mb/s I need atleast 8mb/s
thatsy I canceled here
Refund will sent AS corrupt said in 72hrs

But service is gud but for me its low speed in download area.

I hope I will get my refund with in 72hrs.

He is offering me just 7$ I paid 15$ for this rapidleech and 2$ for Dedicated I.p
He refunded me only 2$ for Dedicated I.p . He was saying to me last night in msn that We will give u full refund in next 72 hours and When I came today in d net I got his mail he saying that we can only offer you 7$ Dont u think that Is it Fair?

I accept that I didnot check Upload speed before I bought this ac I just checked only Download speed and speed was good . But I m uploader not d downloader I told him to cancel my ac so he suspended my ac instantly.

I just use his rapidleech for only 4hrs and in this 4hrs his rapidleech was down too.

and now he is playing game with me :(

See his last night conversation in Msn Where He admin that he will refund me full money :(

As you have posted his conversation, then he must refund you full amount.
According to you, you have used rapidleech just for 4 hours and that was down too then he must Refund you with full amount.
 
that u should refund full 15$ bcoz he used ur rl just 4hr and according u that u said in ur site 7days money back Guranttee and you admin also in msn conversation that You will refund his full money in next 72hrs So Refund it or you will count as a Scammer
 
1) Using it for 4 hours (incl downtime) and eating up 32Gb is quite a feat.
Putting 'unmetered' in your offer might encourage people to go for the whole mile.
2) If you expect 8MBs (HF?) think again ... HF will never give you more than 6MBs ... onshore or offshore.
3) Regarding the refund it says '7 day' without any restrictions or additional terms. So if it is within 7 days, a full refund should take place.

I didnot eat any bandwith I just downloaded 1+gb bcoz all ppls know that I do mostly appz. second thing this rapidleech was shared space was 400gb many ppls r using it so you cant say that I eat 32+gb :(

When I bought this rapidleech there was time : 2.30 am According to India
So in that night I used his rapidleech just 20min.

When I come next day so there is rapidleech down and Port 80 was blocked by Rapidshare :(

He said to me that Speed is fast he gave me demo ac for 10min
In 10min what u can do? I just checked Download speed and speed was quite good as I mentioned above.

One more thing Hotfile download was not working in his giving shared rapidleech When I said to him that fix it so he ignored it

In Rapidshare & Hotfile Upload speed I was getting just 2mb/s :(

I hope that he will refund my full 15$
 
well as everyone said..
a full refund should take place...
and bandwidth is unmetered.. so there's no point of 32gb bandwidth being eaten up by uploads.
and it also says a 7 days money back thing..

so all makes a full refund.
 
Corrupt, as every1 said, u should refund the full money so dont waste anytime and refund champ his full money.

Or else he can open dispute in paypal and easily get his money back |-)

Aren't you the same guy who vouched for his service in one of your previous posts? Now he is the one screwing you over. Oh the irony lol.

This is why you shouldn't vouch for random guys without testing anyone's service. It might lead newbies to pay for a service without testing it first and then get their @ss screwed.

second thing as he mentioned that if u dont like the service so 7 Day money back guarantee, moreover I attached Msn screenshot also where he admit that he will refund full money.
 
Yeah mate I understand your point. You deserve a full refund. I always hate it when sellers promise full money back guarantee and then refuse it on some lame pretext.

Why does 32GB even matter when you can offer unmetered BW? It doesn't make any sense to me.

If he doesn't offer you a full refund, post a negative review and let everyone know and then start a paypal dispute.
 
I think he should get full money-back.
Both of his sites is hosted with us for over 6 months and he is a good client, never complains without reason (though we never give any reason).

Also if your TOS states - 7 days money back guarantee - then you should return his money.

I never said that u didnot give me Demo ac?

I said u give me demo ac for 10 min and that time was 2.30am
Bcoz u also know that I belong from India
I didnot check upload speed & you also know about it.

Second thing Today I got mail from your side that I will get Partial refund so May I know what is that?

I want my full money back.

Let me know that when u gonna refund it
