check ur .htaccess man the error from the file

Delete the already installed version first -_-

Now get the compressed file, extract it. CHMOD files and rar folders to 777(including files).

Add secret key in config/config.php and your account info in accounts.php

Run that RL, Select your options and save configuration O.o Done!
