I need a small RapidLeech Not with too high configurations.

Just i want that it should have good upload speed for MegaUpload+Hotfile.
My Requirements Are As Follows:

Storage Space:3gb
With Rar/Unrar Support.
Gud Speed for RapidShare and Hotfile Downloads.
Gud Speed for uploads to Hotfile+MegaUpload.

Budget:4$(As my requirements are not too high
