[Rapidleech] Firefox can't establish a connection to the server

I have bought a new rapidleech core package from TehHost.net and when I click the "Login to Control Panel", I receive a Firefox can't establish a connection to the server error. What am Im doing wrong and was I supposed to buy a domain along with the rapidleech server?

the server seems to be down if you are using their IP to login cpanel

Done all of that, and to no avail
