hi while remote uploading from uploaded.net i got this error " Account blocked, too many IPs used for download ". how to resolve this?

Don't remote coz for few days/weeks you will cry due deleted files. Buy RDP, download there, put in rars and than upload, you files won't be deleted with md5 filter.

If you are new user, you only have ppd programm...when you earn 10$, then you can choose between ppd and pps.
Try both programms and then decide which programm is better for your work.
